Dare to dream and spend your Cozumel vacation in this perfectly located, spacious home. It's beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and local calls, and a sweeping terrace complete with sink, 1/2 bath and a BBQ grill, perfect for entertaining, sunbathing, playing cards and enjoying Cozumel’s glorious sunsets.
The house provides all bath towels, linens, beach towels, and other amenities like paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, and more. The kitchen is stocked with basic condiments. We provide the first 5 gallon bottle of purified water and additional bottles are $2 usd each. The water from each of the faucets is purified and drinkable, as well.
The house is part of a gated beachfront community with 24 hour security, covered parking, a heated Infinity pool, Jacuzzi, private beach and private pier. It is located south of downtown at Carrtera Costera Sur, KM 12.8.
Guests of Casa Monica will enjoy daily housekeeping and concierge service. We offer a shopping service and a chef service. Our Chef Rafa can prepare delicious authentic Mexican food made to order in your kitchen. Unlike other chef services, there is no set menu you must choose from, and you are free to choose your days and times.
Your Cozumel also has a small rental car company for our guests with cars; we can deliver your car across the street from the airport or at the house. You can see pricing and availability at www.quatroamigos.com.
