Casa Cascada

This is a special home built by its owners with love and attention to detail. We recently acquired the property and we feel fortunate to represent it! The bedrooms have themes that go from the Fishbowl's whimsical feel to the Seashell Room's tropical flair to the Travel Room's warm, organic peacefulness.

The fresh water pool is spectacular. Enjoy your days splashing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and grilling on the large stainless steel BBQ grill.

The house features a full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and half bath.

The downstairs bedroom, The Fishbowl, is great for kids. It has beautiful handpainted fish scenes throughout. It has twin bunk beds and a trundle bed so the room sleeps up to 3 guests. The room has its own bath and its own entrance into the house and private outside gate (which can all be locked if needed).

The Seashell bedroom has two twin mattresses that can be pushed together to create a king size bed (including a mattress filler) so it's quite comfortable.There is a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, a dressing area, closet and a beautiful bathroom. There is a large walk in shower that is very luxurious.

The Travel bedroom has a king bed. There is a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, a sitting area and also room to put a queen size air mattress (which is provided along with all the linens). The shower is elegant and unique with its large rain head shower and hand laid rock floor and border.

Casa Cascada is conveniently located in downtown Cozumel near the Corpus Christi park and within walking distance of the grocery stores.
