Your Cozumel Property Management & Vacation Homes

This was a new built home, very modern, very clean, wonderful view, this property was on the edge of the group of homes, nearest the pool, dock and ocean, Amber and Rodrigo managed everything and answered all our questions, gave us suggestions for restaurants, fishing tour and car rental. Spacious 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, relaxed, perfect pool for children, shallow at one end with wall/waterflow over, so our teens got a kick out of it, hot tub a few feet from this home, felt safe, you may want to rent a car for the week, we only rented for a day to tour the other side of the island, but we needed to get groceries and go to dinner and its 15 each way into town, if you need to drive a lot you'll need a car, we heard the taxi would cost over 100 to tour other side of the island so we splurged and got a car for one day, saving us that cost, and the cost of going to town 2x. we used the chef one night, it was good food. fun to stay in and relax. We couldn't have asked for more, felt very spoiled on vacation. Temperature was about 80-90. humid. You will have the use of a USA phone, washer, plenty of towels, If you stay at Villa Martini you will feel very well taken care of. You'll be satisfied. Enjoy. We didn't want to come home. Amber and Rodrigo will answer all your questions through prompt email before you go, they are wonderful.

This was my/our 8th trip to the island and it could not have been more perfect! Amber and Rodrigo took wonderful care of all details of our trip. Rodrigo met us at the airport and made the whole airport shuttle experience the smoothest I'd ever been through. Amber had our house fully stocked and a surprise birthday decoration was awaiting - my friends had arranged this with her ahead of time. Throughout our stay both amber and Rodrigo were right there if we needed literally anything. This was by far by best most relaxing stay on Cozumel Island, I will be booking this same vacation again for next year!

Just left the crystal clear waters of the island and the warm hospitality of the Cozumelenos. The villa was spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 young kids) and very clean. The absolute best part of the villa is the upper patio which overlooks the turquoise blue sea. A highlight of the trip was spotting a pod of dolphins in the water while we were eating breakfast on the patio one morning. The villa is in a good location south of town - 10 min brisk walk (or $8 USD taxi ride) to local beach clubs and about 15 min drive ($15 USD taxi) into town. My husband (a diver) appreciated that the dive op would pick him up at the dock off our beach area - no driving into town to catch the dive boat! Rodrigo and amber, property managers, were very attentive and helpful (with recommendations, arranging car rental and shuttle from airport) and made everything go smoothly. We have traveled throughout the Caribbean and found that Casa Catarina is an excellent value and Cozumel was a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation with family. Look no further for a great vacation.

Excellent service -Rodrigo and amber quickly responded to requests. They were a pleaseure to work with. Both of the guards were very visible and courteous - we had more interaction with Emanuel - he went the extra mile for us.The villa was Outstanding-ambiance and luxury, great floor plan, flat screen Tv's in each bedrm and living rm, satellite TV, excellent sound system and wirless top\of the line appliances and kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, glasses etc. the location was perfect! The lot faces west with unobstructed view of ocean (great sunsets), and about 5 yds from pool and pier. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained, and secured. Villa Martini stocked floating devices for pool/ocean use, rafts, boggie boards and tubes, playing cards, games, books.-, DVD movies. The property is close to Chankanaab Nat'l.Park.The thing we liked best was the entire setup and having an option to have a chef come in and fix dinner for us and clean up - menu to chose from and very reasonable.
The thing we liked the least was unable to stay for another week!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Costa Del Sol, The unit was spotlessly clean and had top of the line amenities.

There was plenty of room in the unit and we took full advantage of the upper patio and cooked on the gill most days.

The location was perfect for those wanting solitude from the town yet conveniently located to run daily errands to the market.

Rodrigo and amber were fantastic property managers and any issue we had was quickly taken care of
This was our 2nd trip to Cozumel and if we ever go again we will certainly stay at Costa Del Sol!

Please spend some time (and money) in the shops,restaurants and markets off the main drag. You will get a true feel for how wonderful the area is and help contribute directly to the locals that own those establishments.

This is the third time that we rented in this community. The first house was 3 bedrooms, right on the water and was fantastic. The second year we rented a four bedroom, but it was close to the guard/gate. We didn't like the location. The weather was also unseasonably cold.
This year we rented another four bedroom much closer to the water. It is basically the same layout as last years house, but much better situated and the furniture more comfortable. The weather was also great. We went with another family and the house easily accomodated all of us. Over all, It was a great vacation and we very much enjoyed the house.

Our entire extended family (12) had a wonderful time. Our ages ranged from 2-76 years. Everyone enjoyed our stay at Cozumel Sol. We have been telling everyone we know about our awesome vacation. We would recommend very highly and plan to return when the opportunity comes again. We didn't want to leave. We love our home away from home in Cozumel. Our grandkids told us, "Grandpa and Grandma thank you so much for buying the house in Cozumel for us." I didn't have the heart to tell them that we were only renting it for a week. We will be back. We have many great photographs and memories of Cozumel Sol. Thank you so much.

We had such a beatifull time at Casa Linda. I personally loved the balconies and the kitchen.We had everything we needed, just like being at home.

A client asked me to put together a birthday celebration for his wife for her 50th, escort the group and make it an adventure they wouldn't forget. The house is lovely and was perfect for 8 people, though could accomodate more. Rodrigo met us and went thru any questions we had. Before arriving I had sent down a grocery list and everything was already in the house waiting for us and he later went and got a birthday cake for us as well. He drew maps for us and recommended places to eat and shop. He was the perfect host for us. The house is well maintained and has everything you would need for a weeks stay. Loved having the privacy of a home with all the amenities including internet! We loved snorkeling in front of the house. The hot tub and pool are great. The location is perfect. We had our dive instructor, Martin pick us up right from the dock in front of the house 2 days for scuba diving and snorkeling. And we had the chef come to the house twice to prepare meals. Went to Playa for Coba Ruins tour, Atv's and zipline's, and swimming in the Cenotes. Perfect Vacation and planning another adventure trip already for 2011!

There were 7 adults and 2 children, ages (6 & 4), who stayed at Cozumel Sol during December, 2010. The whole rental process from start to finish was excellent. The house was perfect for us, and had everything that we needed. All questions and situtations were handeled excellently by Rodrigo of the Property Management Company. He helped us with shopping , arranging dinners and anything else that we needed. This was a wonderful family vacation and we can't wait to do it agian!

We had three diffeent families staying at the house for a wedding, and it worked out great. The facilities and staff were very helpful. With ages from 65 to 4, there was plenty activities for everyone.
