Your Cozumel provides a comprehensive rental management program. We will market your property on our website and other websites. We also have an extensive list of past renters in our data base whom we will regularly contact with updates about our rental properties, promotions, and specials. Homeowners are also welcome to market their homes in order to find renters.
After a rental is booked, Your Cozumel will get to work ensuring that your guests have an extraordinary vacation. Prior to arrival, Your Cozumel will contact the renter to arrange for personalized shopping service (we’ll stock the fridge!), chef service, car rental, and any island or mainland activities.
Your Cozumel will greet your guests at the airport or ferry and help arrange transportation to your property. Once there, we will provide a complete orientation of your home and Cozumel and then make regular visits to make sure everyone is having a great time. Most importantly, we are always just a phone call or email away!
